How we approach the job

   Water often enters well away from the damp patch inside. We work back from the internal evidence to the roof detail that is actually failing.

2. 2.Say whether it is worth repairing

   Isolated damage on an otherwise sound roof is normally repairable. Where repeated failures point to a wider problem, we will tell you that rather than sell a repair that will not last.

3. 3.Written quotation before work

   You get the agreed scope and cost in writing before work begins. If a previously hidden problem is uncovered during the work, we explain what has been found and discuss any additional work with you before proceeding.

4. 4.Repair to match

   Coverings and details are matched to the existing roof as closely as available materials allow, and the site is cleared when we finish.
