Who we are

Vantage Roofing is a roofing contractor working with homeowners, landlords and commercial property owners across Dublin and the surrounding counties. Our business address is 39 Northumberland Rd, Ballsbridge, D04 H1F3, and we work regularly right across the city and county from there. The work runs from small repairs — slipped slates, failed flashing, blocked valleys — through to flat roofing, chimney work, period roof restoration and full roof replacement. Two mobile roofing teams cover Dublin and the surrounding areas, and emergency roof repair call-outs are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Vantage Roofing is fully insured.

We also advertise as Vantage Roof Repairs, which is our trading name for roof repair work.

How working with us goes

1. 1Tell us what you are seeing. A description and a few photos are usually enough for us to give a rough indication of what is likely involved.
2. 2Appropriate assessment. We look at the roof properly, because a firm price needs the actual condition seen rather than guessed at.
3. 3Free written quotation. You get the scope and the cost in writing, with no obligation and no pressure to decide on the spot.
4. 4Agreed work. Nothing starts until you have agreed what is being done and what it costs.
5. 5Anything hidden is discussed first. Opening up a roof occasionally reveals something nobody could see beforehand. We explain it and agree any additional work and cost with you before carrying on.

Repair before replacement

A roof that can be repaired sensibly should be repaired.
