Where it is stored

Quote requests are stored securely in the database behind this website so that we can follow them up. Access is restricted to Vantage Roofing. We also record a one-way encoded form of your network address and your browser identifier with each request, purely to limit automated spam submissions.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting work, and for our own record-keeping obligations.
