How we approach the job

   On larger and flat roofs the entry point is often well away from where water appears inside. We trace it rather than seal the nearest suspicious detail.

3. 3.Written scope and cost

   You get the scope, the access arrangements and the cost in writing — useful where the work has to be approved by a landlord, an agent or a board.

4. 4.Work around the occupier

   Timing, access and site requirements are agreed in advance so the work interferes with trading and tenants as little as possible.
